Jan Marie Kowalski of Davison age 68, died Wednesday January 16, 2019 at McLaren Flint. Honoring her wishes cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held at 3:00 pm Friday January 18, 2019 at Hansen Funeral Home Groves Chapel, Downtown Davison. A gathering time of family and friends will be from 12:00 noon Friday until time of services. Those desiring may make contributions in Jan's memory to the family.

Jan was born in Flint Michigan on August 8, 1950 the daughter of the late, John & Stella (Wyzynajtys) Kowalski and has resided in the Davison area her entire life. She was a graduate of Davison Class of 1968 and a graduate of Baker College with a degree in Business. Jan enjoyed crocheting, cooking and her time in the garden.

Surviving is husband Al Brokaw, siblings; Linda (Denny) Gocha of East Jordan, Brenda Klingler of Davison, and Jerry (Cathy) Kowalski of Atlanta Mi. She also leaves nephews Scott Klingler, Phillip Klingler, niece Kim Robertson, and a host of extended family. She is preceded in death by sister Phyllis Kuzma.
