James William Crossnoe of Burton, age 58, died Thursday April 25, 2019 at McLaren-Flint. A funeral service will be held at 1:30 pm Monday April 29, 2019 at Hansen Funeral Home Groves Chapel, Downtown Davison. Rev. Sarah LaRose-Nettell officiating, burial will follow at Flint Memorial Park. Family will receive visitors from 3-7 pm Sunday at the funeral home. Those desiring may make contributions in James's memory to the funeral home.

James was born in Flint Michigan on December 21, 1960 the son of the late James & Charlotte (Barnhart) Crossnoe and has resided in the Burton area the last twenty-eight years. He was joined in marriage to Dawn Painter on March 4, 1989.

Surviving is wife Dawn, daughter Jessica Ondrajka, his grandchildren; Icelynn, Everleigh, and Tatum. He also leaves sister Rosie Smith, Peggy Osborne, Sandy Daly, and brother Melvin Crossnoe. Also surviving is nephews Devin Smith, Darin Smith, brother-in-law Paul Buchler, best friend Paul Burchell, and a host of extended family and friends.
