Jacqueline Houghtaling of Davison, age 83, died Wednesday September 7, 2016 at the Pines of Burton. Cremation has taken place and private inurnment will be at Great Lakes National Cemetery. Those desiring may make contributions in Jacqueline's memory to Heart-to-Heart Hospice. Jacqueline was born in Lapeer Michigan on February 26, 1933 the daughter of the late; Frank & Irene (Cliff) Willwerth, and has resided in the Davison area most of her life. She was joined in marriage to Hollis "Dean" Houghtaling on January 28, 1956 and he preceded her in death on February 4, 2011. Jacqueline was employed by Davison Community Schools for over twenty-two years retiring in 1998. She is survived by her children; Jean (John) Kish and Roger (Shelly) Houghtaling. She also leaves grandchildren; Jerry, DeAnn, David, Jackie, Chris, Elizabeth, Rebecca, and John. Her seven great grandchildren, and brother Frank Willwerth. She is preceded in death by son Steven in 2006. The family would like to thank the staff at the Pines of Burton, and Teresa of Heart to Heart Hospice for their support and caring during this time.
