Heaven is full of laughter and dancing!

Ida Marie Forsberg of Genesee Township age 79 died Monday October 24, 2022 at her residence with her family by her side. Honoring her wishes cremation has taken place. No public service at this time. In lieu of flowers, the family is graciously accepting donations in Ida's memory.

Ida was born in Flint, Michigan on September 22, 1943 the daughter of the late Maxin and Agnes (Murray) Burnash and resided in the Flint area most of her life. Ida was joined in marriage to Robert E. Forsberg on October 30, 1965 and he preceded her in death on April 1, 2019. She was lifelong Catholic, Ida graduated from Dominican Academy in Oxford, Michigan. She was employed by Fisher Body 1; Ida was a member of the Davison Eagles Auxiliary #3589, she enjoyed dancing with her daughter to Bob Segar and playing cards with family and friends, hoping the Burn Dance passed them by.

She is survived by daughter: Rene Sherwood; grandchildren: C.J. (Richelle), Carson, Ashton, and Cooper; daughter in law Marci Forsberg; brother: Michael Burnash (Chada); brother in law: Terry Timmons. Her friend of 50 years Judie Pollock and so many family and friends. She joins in death her beloved son Bobby Jr.; brothers: Maxin Burnash Jr., and Charles Burnash; all her sisters together again! Shirley Stanton, Mary Krish, and Catherine Timmons.
