Hazel M. May of Davison age, 100, died Wednesday October 7, 2015 at Genesys Convalescent Center,. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am Monday October 12, 2015 at the Davison United Methodist Church 207 E. Third St. Rev. Kevin Miles officiating, with private burial at Davison Cemetery at a later date. Family will receive visitors from 1:00 – 7:00 pm Sunday at the funeral home; Hazel will lie in state at the church from 10:00 am Monday until time of services. Those desiring may make contributions in Hazel's memory to Davison United Methodist Church. Hazel was born in Davison Michigan on July 14, 1915 the daughter of the late: William & Bessie (Griffin) Wright. She was a member of Davison United Methodist Church and had been employed by Davison Community Schools in the Cafeteria Department. Surviving is sons Richard (Diane) Beecher, Robert (Kathy) Beecher, Charles May, nine grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren, and six great great grandchildren. She also leaves her special friends Linda May, Marsha Cook, and Nadine & Steve Cook. Hazel is preceded in death by her husband's William Beecher and Max May.
