Harry G. Collings age 81, of Zephyrhills florida, formerly of Flint died Thursday October 20, 2011 at Gulfside Hospice. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Saturday October 29, 2011 at the Hansen Funeral Home. Rev. Sarah LaRose-Nettell officiating. Private burial in Great Lakes National Cemetery. Family will recieve visitors from 5-8 pm Friday evening at the funeral home. Harry was born in Davison Michigan August 16, 1930 the son of the late; Harry F & Ruth D.(Driscoll). Harry was a graduate of Davison High School class of 1950, and had served our country in the Armed Forces. He was employed by General Motors Flint Engine Plant retiring in 1990. He is survived by daughter, Denise (David) Dobbs, step-son, Greg, and step-daughters; Patty, Terry Ann, and Lisa. Sisters; Shirley Norton, Barbara (Eugene) Kenney,and Nancy (Ray) Rolfe. Brothers; Richard (Doreen) Collings, Thomas (Darlene) Collings, and a host of other relatives. He is preceded in death by wife Leta, Father Harry F. Collings, Mother Ruth D.
