Genevieve R. Nastle, age 93, of Davison, passed away Tuesday February 18, 2014 at Briarwood Convalescent Center, Burton. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 am Saturday March 1, 2014 at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church 404 Dayton St. Davison. Rev. Fr. Andrew A. Czajkowski, Celebrant. In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions made to Outreach East C/O of St. John Church 404 Dayton St. Davison, Mi. 48423. Genevieve was born on January 3, 1921 in Detroit, Michigan the daughter of Leon and Charlotte (Osinski) Cwiklinski. She married Stanley Nastle on August 15, 1942. In 1953 they relocated from Detroit to Davison. She was a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church and was very active in her parish community. Genevieve was also a devoted mother, loving grandmother and great grandmother who will be truly missed by all her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years. Leaving behind to cherish her memory are brother, Leon Swick of Cincinnati OH; son, Michael Nastle of Memphis, TN; daughters, Maryann (Dennis) Vizina, and Marcia Cucci of Davison; Grandchildren, Keith, Mara , Kyle, Carissa, and Cayla; Great grandchildren, Margo, Cecilia, Ava, Kendra, and Keith.
