Gary Eugene Kinnee of Genesee Township, age 73, died Sunday March 8, 2020 at Select Specialty Hospital. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm Friday March 13, 2020 at Hansen Funeral Home Groves Chapel, Downtown Davison, with private burial in Sunset Hills at a later date. Family will receive visitors from 3-7 pm Thursday and 12:00 noon until time of services on Friday at the funeral home. Those desiring may make contributions in Gary's memory to the Whaley Children's Center or the National Wildlife Association.

Gary was born in Flint Michigan on April 21, 1946, the son of the late Orville and Mary (Cox) Kinnee and had resided in Genesee Township the last forty-five years. He was joined in marriage to Deborah "Deb" Simpson on April 13, 1974. Gary was a true outdoorsman and enjoyed Hunting and Fishing. He had been employed by General Motors Buick Division until his retirement.

He leaves to cherish his memory wife Deb, his children; Gary Kinnee, Randy Kinnee, and Tina & husband Joel Sanford. He also leaves his loving grandchildren; Trevor, Julian, Elliott, and Noah. He is preceded in death by daughter Mary Kinnee. Please share your condolences at www.hansenfuneralhome.net
