Gail Ann "Nena" White, age 62, of Richfield Township, died Friday July 14, 2023 at McLaren-Flint Hospital with her soul mate by her side.  Honoring her wishes cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. Those desiring may make contributions in Gail's memory to the Lupus Foundation.

Gail was born in Pontiac Michigan on January 12, 1961 the daughter of the late Daniel and Carolyn (Johnson) Porter and has resided in the Davison area since 1993. She was joined in marriage to Thomas White on May 24, 1980. Gail was a graduate of Clarkston High School Class of 1979. She was an avid fan of NASCAR and enjoyed fishing. Her greatest love was spending time at the family cabin. Family was everything to her, especially her grandbabies who she loved endlessly. After her diagnosis of Lupus, she fought the disease for 26 long years. She was a warrior of the Lupus Foundation.

She is survived by husband Tom, and daughter Jessiccia White (Donald Kirk). The loving grandchildren who called her "Nena": Taylor, Makayla, Tommy, Jordyn, Jalen, Ian, and Izzy. She also leaves her siblings: Kaylin (Steve) Davis, Susie (John) Vernot, Danny (Terri) Porter, Son-in-law Joel Ross, nieces Kendra, Daniel (Brandon) and nephew Kenny. Sister-in-law Debra (Tony) Gelen, brother-in-law Ronald (Sherry) White and so many more close family and friends.
