Faith Elizabeth Connell of Burton age 78 passed away Thursday April 7, 2011 at her residence. A funeral service will be held on 11:00am Tuesday April 12, 2011 at Hansen Funeral Home Groves Chapel Downtown Davison, Pastor Larry Green officiating. Family will receives visitors from 1-4 and 6-8pm Sunday and Monday. Those desiring may make contributions to Heartland Hospice. Faith was born in Midland, Michigan on June 27, 1932 the daughter of the late Antoine and Mazella (Dennis) Duford and has resided in the Burton area last 20 years. She was joined in marriage to George Connell June 27, 1950 and he preceded her in death September 23, 1996. Faith was a graduate from Flint Central High School and a member of Order of the Eastern Stars Davison 236. She was co-owner of Complete Party Store in Elba Township. Surviving are children; George Connell Jr., Roy (Sharon) Connell, Dawn (Roger) Haack, Mark (Linda) Connell, Scott (Sherry) Connell, and Kirk (Tammy) Connell; 20 grandchildren and 26 great grandchildren; sister: Zella Guiles and host of other relatives.
