Eric "Rick" Eugene Campbell of Elba Township (formally of Pontiac) age 72 died Friday April 2, 2021 at his residence. Honoring his wishes cremation has taken place with burial at Greenwood Cemetery at later date.

Eric was born in Pontiac, Michigan on November 7, 1948 the son of the late Eugene and Josephine (Bobeck) Campbell and resided in the Lapeer and Pontiac most of his life. He answering call of his country and serving in US Marines. He was joined in marriage to Carolyn Fay (Morgan) Campbell in 1969 and she preceded in her in death May 4, 2019. Eric was employed by General Motors until his retirement; he enjoyed planting tree's with his family and grandchildren.

He is survived by children: Kenny Campbell, Eric and wife Jemie Campbell, and Tonya (Jeff Wolfenbarger) Card; 9 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren; sisters: Jodi and husband Larry Sergeant, Veronica Hughes, and Linda Meyers; his loving dogs: Bear, Spirit, and Boa.
