Emma Leone Abeare of Goodrich-Hadley, age 89, died Saturday May 5, 2018 at Nicole's Place Assisted Living. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 am Wednesday May 9, 2018 St. Anne Catholic Church 825 S. Ortonville Rd. Ortonville. Fr. Gerry Frawley, Celebrant with Rite of Committal  follow in Ortonville Cemetery. Family will receive visitors from 3 -7 pm Tuesday at the funeral home. Emma will lie in state from 10:00 am Wednesday until time of services at the church. Emma was born in Flint Michigan on June 26, 1928 the daughter of the late: Leon & Emma (Warsaw) Neuville and has resided in the Goodrich-Hadley area the last fifty-eight years. She was joined in marriage to Kenneth Abeare July 20, 1946 and he preceded her in death on June 2, 2015. She was a member of St. Anne Catholic Church, Ortonville. Surviving is sons: Chris Abeare, Kenneth Abeare Jr, Duane and wife Mercy Abeare, and daughter Janice and husband Don Muto. She also leaves her twelve grandchildren, fourteen great grandchildren, and a host of extended family and friends. She is preceded in death by sister; Mary Ann, Pat, Charlotte, and brother Fritz.
