Elizabeth "Betty" Jakubowski of Davison age 83 died Saturday May 29, 2010 at Brian's House Hospice .A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday June 2, 2010 at Hansen Funeral Home Groves Chapel, Downtown Davison. Grandson: Rev. Ricky T. Jakubowski officiating, with private burial in St. John Cemetery. Family will receive visitors from 5:00 until 8:00 pm Tuesday at the funeral home. Elizabeth was born in Detroit Michigan June 29, 1926 the daughter of the late: Thomas & Freda (Engleburg) Frost and has resided in the Davison area for many years. She was joined in marriage to Thaddeus "Ted" Jakubowski November 3, 1945 In Detroit Michigan and he preceded her in death Oct. 3, 1996. Elizabeth was a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church in Davison, and was employed as a cashier for Kroger's Grocery for over eighteen years retiring in 1985. Surviving are daughter; Victoria "Vicki" Wendt and son Richard and wife Toni Jakubowski, and many grandchildren, great grandchildren and other relatives Share your
