Doris May Scott of Burton, age 90, died Wednesday August 8, 2018 at her residence. Private services and burial in Oregon Township Cemetery has taken place. Doris was born in Maumee Ohio on June 9, 1928 the daughter of the late: Charles & Hazel (Skiver) Mark, and has resided in the area most of her life. She was joined in marriage to Harvey Scott on February 29, 1948. Doris enjoyed sewing painting and other hobbies that offered a artistic challenge. She also enjoyed people and had many retail jobs that allowed her meet and make numerous friends throughout the years.
She leaves to cherish her memory her husband of seventy years Harvey, son Robert Scott, grandchildren; Cristopher Scott, and Jennie (Travis) Aeder. She also leaves her great grandchildren; Sunny Aeder, Jamie Aeder, her siblings; Donna Breedlove Beatrice Good, and niece and caregiver Kathy. She is preceded in death by brother Charles Mark.
