Donald Eugene Maxon of Burton, age 67, died Sunday February 26, 2023 at the residence. Honoring his wishes cremation has taken place. No public services are being held.

Donald was born in Jackson Michigan on November 12, 1955 the son of Richard Emmert and Loretta Taylor. Answering the call of his country Donald served in the US Army during the Vietnam War. He enjoyed hunting and fishing in his spare time.  Donald spent his career in the furniture manufacturing industry until his retirement.

Surviving are children: David (Chelsea) Maxon, Daniel Maxon, Michelle Maxon, and several grandchildren. He also leaves his siblings: Rick (Catherine) Maxon, Terri (Philip) Wirtshafter, Keli Doll, Rod (Jamie) Maxon, and a host of extended family and friends.
