Dolores Hilaria (nee Denz) Allen of Burton age 77, died Thursday April 13, 2017 at Hurley Medical Center. A funeral service will be held at 11: 00 am Saturday April 15, 2017 at Hansen Funeral Home Groves Chapel, Downtown Davison. Rev. Sarah LaRose-Nettell officiating.  Burial in Mt. Hope Cemetery.  Family will receive visitors from 3-8 pm Friday at the funeral home. Those desiring may make contributions in Dolores's memory to the charity of your choice. Dolores was born in Flint Michigan on December 21, 1939 the daughter of the late:  Joseph & Arlene (McDonald) Denz and has resided in the Burton area most of her life. She was joined in marriage to James Allen on June 6, 1959 in Burton.  Dolores was a member of the Eastern Stars, and had been active in the Burton community for many years. She leaves to cherish her memory husband James, sons: Douglas Allen, David & wife Connie Allen, and James & wife Monica Allen.
