Devon C. Morse of Davison age 27 died Tuesday October 25, 2016 at Henry Ford Hospital. Honoring his wishes cremation has taken place. Inurnment will take place Saturday November 12, 2016 at 1:00 pm at Flint Memorial Park with Military Honors. Those desiring may make contributions in Devon's memory to the family. Devon was born in Flint, Michigan October 21, 1989 the son of David and Lisa (Willson) Morse and has resided the area most of his life. Devon was joined in marriage to Valerie Martin August 9, 2010 in North Carolina. Answering the call of his country Devon served in the US Marines Corp. Devon placed his belief in God and asked to have his son be spared of his fight with cancer and that Devon endured the pain and suffering of his son through his own illness. He is survived by wife: Valerie; son: David; mother: Lisa Morse (Mike); brother: Kristopher Morse (Savannah); sisters: Tonya Holmes and Stefanie Morse; grandmother: Amanda Willson; aunts: Maxine Beutler, and Anna Willson (Fred); uncle: Chuck (Amy) Willson, and host of other relatives and friends.
