Dennis K. Churchill

Dennis K. Churchill of Genesee Township age 72 died Tuesday February 17, 2026 at his residence with his family by his side. Honoring his wishes cremation has taken place with private inurnment at a later date. Those desiring to make contributions in Dennis’ memory may make them to the Shriners’.

Dennis was born in Lansing, Michigan on May 20, 1953 and resided in the Otisville area for many years. Dennis was employed by General Motors. He understood the value of hard day’s work and the quiet pride that comes from a long, dedicated career. Dennis was a man of the seasons. He found his peace in the great outdoors- whether he was sitting in the stillness of the woods on a hunt, tending campfire, he also enjoyed a good game of bowling. Later in life, he found a new rhythm on the golf course, proving that he was never too old to take on a new challenge or enjoy a walk across the green. He was happiest when he was surrounded by family and friends.

He leaves to cherish his memory his three daughters: Bobbie and husband Pat Sullivan; Rhonda and husband Bud Murray, and Denise Churchill (Gary Woelzlein); grandchildren: Kristina, Holly, Hailey, Austin, and Buddy; 7 great grandchildren; sister: Carol Miller; brother: George Churchill; special friend: Diana Fortner and host extended family and friends.
