Delbert Lee Leadmon of Davison Township, age 90, died Friday May 31, 2019 at his residence. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm Monday June 3, 2019 at Hansen Funeral Home Groves Chapel, Downtown Davison. Burial will follow at Flint Memorial Park. Family will receive visitors from 11:00 am Monday until time of services. Those desiring may make contributions in Delbert's memory to Hurley's Children Foundation.

Delbert was born in Boomer West Virginia the son of the late Marvin Lee & Ellen (Jordan) Leadmon and has resided in the Davison area since 1964. He was joined in marriage to Mary Lou Jarrell and she preceded him in death on January 23, 1999. Answering the call of his country Delbert proudly served in the US Army during the Korean War. He had been employed by General Motors Fisher Body-Coldwater Division until his retirement in 1991.

He is survived by children; Joe & Kim Leadmon, Virginia & Ron Spaulding, Terry & Kim Leadmon, and Delbert Wayne & Patricia Leadmon. He also leaves his nine grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren, brothers; Jimmy & Doris Leadmon, Donald & Joyce Leadmon, and sisters Joy Hughes, and Charlotte Hall.
