Donovan, Daniel Patrick, of Davison, formerly of Imlay City, age 66, passed away Tuesday February 25, 2025 at McLaren-Flint.  Honoring his wishes cremation has taken place. A private celebration of life will be held at later date. In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to the Lapeer County 4H.

Daniel was born on June 4, 1958 the son of the late Jerimiah and Mary Donovan.  He was a graduate of Imlay City High School Class of 1976. Dan was joined in marriage to Susan on November 15, 1996 in Elk Rapids, Michigan. Dan grew up on the family farm and had a passion for farm equipment that continued through his life Dan was an International Harvester/ Farmall tractor enthusiast.  He was employed by several local manufacturing companies in the Lapeer area. Daniel believed in "Family; Where life begins and love never ends."

Surviving is wife Susan, his loving children: Jennifer (Nick) Dinsmore, Kelley (Bill) Davis, Jerimiah Donovan, Munro Donovan, and Jack Donovan. He also leaves his grandchildren; Ethan, Masen, Lauren, Lindyn, Sarah, Hailey, and Grant. His surviving siblings: Diane Tomlinson, Teri (Mike) Jackson and a host of extended family and friends.
