Daniel G. Baxter, formerly of Davison, age78, died Saturday November 26, 2022 at Chesaning Nursing Center, Chesaning Michigan. Honoring his wishes cremation has taken place. No public services are being held.

Dan was born in Flint Michigan on November 23, 1944 the son of the late Stuart and Rosanne Baxter  and had resided in the Davison area most of his life. Dan had a passion for all types of automobiles and spent many days attending car shows throughout the area. He was a truck driver for several freight lines which allowed him to travel to many states.

Surviving is son Gregory and wife Carolyn Baxter, and daughter Sherry Baxter. He also leaves his loving grandchildren; Chelsea, Josh, Kaden, and great grandchildren; Clowey and Logan. Surviving siblings; David Baxter, Paul Baxter, Marie Baxter, and a host of extended family and friends. He is preceded in death by brother John, and sisters: Jennie Mae, Mary Rose, and Darlene.
