Corbin John Yauch of Lake, formerly of Flint age 86, died Sunday July 17, 2016 at Mid-Michigan Hospital, Midland. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 am Thursday July 21, 2016 at Hansen Funeral Home Groves Chapel, Downtown Davison. Rev. Mark Morningstar will officiate with burial in Flint Memorial Park. Family will receive visitors from 1:00 pm – 8:00 pm Wednesday at the funeral home. Corbin was born in Flint Michigan on June 9, 1930 the son of the late; John & Marie (DuMonthier) Yauch and had resided in the Flint area most of his life, retiring to Lake in his later years. He was joined in marriage to Sheila Womack on August 12, 1950 and she preceded him in death on October 12 2003. Corbin was employed by General Motors Truck Assembly Division retiring in 1985. Surviving are children; Pamela & Duane Aud, Sandra & Tom Collins, Douglas & Teresa Yauch, and Marc & Diane Yauch. He also leaves his loving grandchildren: Amy & Brian Dice, Carrie Aud-Strouse, Ryan & Carolyn Yauch, Christopher & Danielle Russell, Lindsay & Jared Chittick, Eric Yauch, and Michael Yauch. His great grandchildren; Alex Dice, Brady Dice, Evelyn Dice, Chase Strouse, Hannah Strouse, Beau Chittick, and Kayla Russell. Corbin also leaves his siblings; Ronald Yauch, Maxine & Jack Tullar, Beverly & Gary Cramer, and a host of other relatives.
