Connie Louise Fischer of Davison, age 86, died Thursday January 26, 2023 at her residence. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 1:00 pm Monday January 30, 2023 at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church 404 Dayton St. Davison, Fr. Carl Simon, Celebrant.  Rite of Committal will follow at Evergreen Cemetery, Grand Blanc. Family will receive visitors from 3 – 6 pm Sunday with a 6:00 pm Parish Scripture Service at the funeral home. Connie will lie in state at the church from 12:00 noon Monday until time of services.

Connie was born in Genesee Michigan on December 10, 1936 the daughter of the late John and Helen (McKeon) Callahan and has resided in the Davison area most of her life. She was joined in marriage to Lorey L. Fischer on June 25, 1955 and he preceded her in death on December 19, 2013. Connie was a member of both St John the Evangelist and Blessed Sacrament Catholic Parishes, and a member of the Legion of Mary. She also was active in the family business Home Printing Company with her husband until their retirement in 2010.

Surviving are children: JoAnn and husband James Ulanski, Nora and husband Warren Berry, Elvis George Fischer, and Suzanne and husband James Robinson. She also leaves her loving eleven grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and a host of extended family and friends. Connie is preceded in death by daughter Eleanor Fischer on May 17, 2018, brother Ivan Callahan, and sister Kathleen McKeon. Please share your condolences at www.hansenfuneralhome.net
