Cheryl Ann Shamel of Davison, age 63, died Tuesday September 11, 2018 at Genesys Regional Medical Center. Honoring her wishes cremation has taken place. No visitation or services are being held. Those desiring may make contributions in Cheryl's memory to Cancer research.  Cheryl was born in Flint Michigan on July 17, 1955 the daughter of the late: Norm & Harriett Henry and has resided in the Davison area the last twenty years. She was joined in marriage to Ralph Shamel Sr. on September 12, 1974 in Millington.

Surviving is husband Ralph, son Ralph Jr. and wife Michelle Shamel, daughter Michelle and husband Sean Borton and grandchildren; Graham, Elizabeth, and Maleah.  She also leaves her sister Norma and husband Tom DeClute, brothers; Larry and wife Linda Henry, Gary and wife Theresa Henry, and a host of extended family.
