Chase Reuben-Jax Blackmer of Burton, age 4 months, Our lil'warrior received his wings on Friday May 23, 2014 at Mott's Children's Hospital, Ann Arbor. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 noon Thursday May 29, 2014 at United Brethren Church 6254 Richfield Rd. Flint. Pastor Jim Pryor officiating. Family will receive visitors from 1-4 and 6-8 pm Wednesday at the funeral home. Baby Chase will lie in state at the church from 11:00 am Thursday until time of services. Those desiring may make contributions in his memory to the family. Baby Chase was born in Flint Michigan on December 29, 2013 the son of Dale & Maria (Tamez) Blackmer. He leaves to cherish his memory his parents Dale & Maria, Grandparents: Richard & Tammy Cronkright, and Keith & Sissy Blackmer. Great Grandparents: Jack & Evelyn Leach, Bill & Linda Cronkright, and Lalo & Sarah Tamez. God Parents: Allysia Tamez and Andrew Grignani, also a host of aunts,uncles and other relatives.
