Charlene Maria Herman of Davison age 74 died Tuesday November 17, 2009 at Brian's House Hospice, Davison. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 1:30p.m. Saturday November 21, 2009 at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church 404 Dayton St. Davison. Fr. Andrew Czajkowski, Fr. George Puraidan and Monsignor Richard Groshek officiating. Burial in New Calvary Cemetery. Family will receive visitors from 5-8 p.m. Thursday and 1-4 p.m. Friday at the funeral home. Charlene will lie in state at the church from 6-8 p.m. Friday with a Knights of Columbus memorial service at 7:00p.m. Friday followed by a parish scripture service at 7:30p.m. Friday. Those desiring may make contribution in Charlene's memory to Power Athletic Association for boy's basketball, St. John Catholic Church or the family for medical expenses. Charlene was born in Davison Michigan on February 19, 1935 the daughter of the late Napolean & Zoe (LaFever) Bouley and had resided in the Davison area most of her life. She was joined in marriage to Jerome (Jerry) Herman on February 16, 1957. She was a member of St. John the Evangelist Catholic church and St. John Resurrection Choir. Charlene had been employed by Eagle Snacks until her retirement in 1996. Surviving is husband Jerry, daughters; Delphine Herman (Mark Danko), Teresa Herman, and Susan & husband Ed Landon. Grandchildren; Steven Herman, Nicolas Herman, Matt Landon, Jon & wife Michelle Landon, and Austin Landon. Granddogs; Zoey, Jaxson, and Mulligan. Sister; E. Yvonne& husband Gerry Brunell. Brother; Joseph Bouley, and a host of other relatives.Life long friends; Dan and Dorothy O'Brien. She is peceded in death by son Jerry, daughter Zoeanne,Father in Law and Mother in Law; Burdette "Joe" and Madeline Herman.
