Chandler Wolfgang Anschutz, of Davison, age 19, died Thursday January 1, 2015 surrounded by his family. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 7:00 pm Sunday January 4, 2015 at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church 404 Dayton St. Davison, Fr. Andrew A. Czajkowski, Celebrant. Family will receive visitors from 3-8 pm Saturday at the funeral home. Chandler will lie in state from 5:00 pm Sunday until time of services at the church. Those desiring may make contributions in Chandler's memory to Davison High School Music Program or Boy Scout Troop 168 of Davison. Chandler was born in Rochester New York on October 26, 1995 the son of William & Shelly (Turner) Anschutz and has resided in the Davison area the last ten years. He was a graduate of Davison High School Class of 2013, and had been an active member of the School's Performing Arts as a Band Member, Choir, and also a member of the School's Robotics Club. Chandler also had been active in Boy Scouts Troop 168 of Davison and St. John Youth Group. At Kettering University he was a member of THETA XI Fraternity, Avid Promoter and Player of the Kettering's Disc Golf League. He had been employed by Auto Liv through Kettering's Co-Op Program, and Panera Bread Company. He is survived by parents: William & Shelly Anschutz, and sister, Gillian Anschutz. He also leaves Grandparents; David & Concetta Turner, Donald & Sandra Anschutz, Great Grandmothers; Gladys Touch, Carole Turner, Betty Leo, and numerous extended family and friends.
