Celia Jean Hollenback of Elba Township formerly of Flint age 93, died Wednesday, December 23, 2020 at her residence with family by her side. A private graveside service will be held on the family plot at Dawn Memorial Cemetery in Elba Township, with Rev. Mark Kingen officiating. Those desiring may make contributions in Celia's memory to the Russellville Wesleyan Church.

Celia was born in Dafter, Michigan on December 8, 1927 the daughter of the late Edward & Frances (Metcalf) Haynes and had resided in the Flint area most of her life. She was joined in marriage to Kenneth LaVern Hollenback on January 14, 1956 and he preceded her in death on July 25, 2011. She was a member of Russellville Wesleyan Church and was an avid collector of angels, porcelain dolls and enjoyed baking, crafting, and sewing.

Surviving are daughters: Janet McDaniel and Nancy (Jim) Reid. She also leaves her seven grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren, sister Bertha Smith and a host of extended family and friends.
