Cecelia "Cece" Kay Miller of Oregon Township, age 60, died Thursday December 7, 2017 at Tuscola County Medical Care Facility. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm Monday December 11, 2017 at Hansen Funeral Home Groves Chapel, Downtown Davison. Rev. Sarah LaRose-Nettell will officiate followed by burial in Davison Cemetery. Family will receive visitors from 11:00 am Monday until time of services. Those desiring may make contributions in Cecelia's memory to the charity of your choice. Cecelia was born in Flint Michigan on July 18, 1957 the daughter of the late; Paul & Joanne (Slosser) Easter, her early years were spent in Flint and later moved to "the country" Flint Township where Cece attended Rankin elementary school. During those years in her country setting Cece thrived and cared for all types of animals. During that childhood she had turtles, birds, geese and rabbits, along with cats and dogs, she also cared for snakes, spiders, butterflies and essentially anything to do with nature, which was later featured in her art. She excelled at drawing and painting, many of her art works were displayed at Ainsworth High School and her family's homes. Cecelia was a graduate of Ainsworth High School Class of 1975 and attended Mott Community College. She was joined in marriage to Theodore "Ted" Miller on September 27, 1980. Cecelia had been employed by General Motors AC Spark Plug Division for over 26 years. She leaves to cherish her memory husband Ted, her loving daughter; Michelle Miller, her son Corey & wife Barb Miller, and her grandchildren Wren and Logan. Also she leaves her sisters; Cathy Easter, Connie & husband Jim Creech, Dr. Carolyn Easter and husband John Kolar, and brother Eric Easter and wife Sandra Kelly.
