Betty Jane Jalloway of Davison, age 90, went peacefully Sunday August 10, 2014 at Hurley Medical Center, A funeral service will be held at 11:30 am Thursday August 14, 2014 at the Hansen Funeral Home Groves Chapel Downtown Davison. Rev. Sarah LaRose-Nettell officiating. Burial with Military Honors will follow at Great Lakes National Cemetery. Family will receive visitors from 2-4 and 6-8 pm Wednesday at the funeral home. Betty was born in Flint Michigan on January 24, 1924 the daughter of the late: Bert J. & Bessie (Brown) Gould and has resided in the Davison area the last 18 yrs. She was a graduate of Flint Central High School and had answered the call of her country servicing in the Army-Air Corp during WW II. Betty loved fishing, reading and spending time with her family. Left to cherish her memory are children; Carolyn Bully, David Richards, Katheryn Miller, Sharon Tarrant, Christopher Richards, Jeffery Richards, and Sally Price. She also leaves sixteen grandchildren, many great grand children and several great great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by son John Richards.
