Bernadette "Buzz" Emans of Vero Beach Florida, formerly of Muskegon, age 92, died Saturday May 27, 2023 at VNA Hospice House, Vero Beach Florida. Funeral services will be held at 12:00 noon Friday June 9, 2023 at Hansen Funeral Home Groves Chapel, Downtown Davison. Rev. Sarah LaRose-Nettell officiating, Burial will follow in Meadowview Cemetery. Family will receive visitors from 11:00 am until time of services.

Bernadette was born in Grand Rapids Michigan on November 15, 1930, the daughter of the late Lawrence and Emily (Raszkowski) Hunt, and had resided in Muskegon for over forty-five years before relocating to Florida with two of her daughters. She was joined in marriage to Walter "Walt" Emans on Jan 29, 1949, and were married for 56 years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Walt, her son-in-law, Mike Wheeler, and her granddaughter, Sandi Harrington.

Lovingly remembered by her children; Dennis (Linda) Emans, Deborah (Steve) Pariseau, Theresa (Robert) Jarrell, Kimberly (Michael) Wheeler, and Kevin (Dana) Emans. She also leaves her loving twelve grandchildren, several great grandchildren, four great great grandchildren and a host of extended family and friends.
