Barbara Ellen Consiglio of Davison, age 83, died Sunday June 16, 2019 at her residence. A funeral service will be held at 10:00 am Saturday June 22, 2019 at Davison Free Methodist Church, 502 Church St. Davison. Family will receive visitors from 5-8 pm Friday at the funeral home. Barbara will lie in state from 9:00 am Saturday until time of services at the church. Those desiring may make contributions in her memory to the charity of choice.

Barbara was born in Hazel Park, Michigan on July 19, 1935 the daughter of the late Edgar & Eleanor Coleman, and has resided in the Davison area since 1974. She was joined in marriage to August Richard Consiglio on December 8, 1956 in Detroit and he preceded her in death on June 17, 1997. She was a member of Davison Free Methodist Church. Barbara was employed by Mt. Morris Community Schools and had taught at Central & Montague Elementary Schools until her retirement in 1996.

Surviving are daughter Andrea Consiglio, and sons, Paul Consiglio, and Colin (Jennifer) Consiglio. She also leaves grandchildren; Ashley Consiglio, Anna Consiglio, Aelyn Consiglio, and brother-in-law William Fuller. She is preceded in death by sisters, Claudia, and Audrey.
