Anneta Maria Gillean

Anneta Maria Gillean of Davison, age 68, died Monday June 22, 2026 at McLaren-Flint Hospital.

Honoring her wishes cremation has taken place. A Gathering of family and friends will be held from 12:00

noon till 3:00 pm on Tuesday June 30, 2026, at Hansen Funeral Home, Downtown Davison. Private

inurnment will be held at a later date at Meadowview Cemetery. Those desiring may make contributions

to Outreach East or to the Mental Health Program of your choice.

Anneta was born in Goodrich Michigan on July 6, 1957 the daughter of the late; Semco and Anna Maria

(Gessler) Harahuc and has resided in the Davison area her entire life. Anneta was a Christian lady who

enjoyed gardening and cooking. Her loving cats were an important part of her life. She enjoyed her quiet

time watching cooking shows and old TV series. Anneta's greatest enjoyment and love was spending time

with family, and especially her grandchildren.

She leaves to cherish her memory sons: Johnny Gillean, Jason (Melissa) Gillean and their children Natalie,

and Deklan, Carlton Harahuc and his children Atlas, and Aries. She also leaves her siblings: Jerry

Harahuc, David “Rudy” Harahuc, and a host of nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.

Anneta is preceded in death by her parents, Semco and Anna Maria Harahuc; brothers: Guenter “Joe” Harahuc, and Bohdan “Danny” Harahuc.

Her understanding, love, and warming nature will be missed by many family and friends.
