Andrew L. Kozan of Clinton Township, age 74 died Wednesday October 23, 2013 in Kalamazoo, Michigan. A celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 pm Saturday October 26, 2013 at the Hansen Funeral Home Downtown Davison. Private burial will be held at Great Lakes National Cemetery, Holly Michigan. Family will receive visitors from 10:00 am Saturday until time of services. Those desiring may make contributions in Andrew's memory to the charity of choice. Andrew was born in Bad Axe, Michigan on April 28, 1939 the son of the late: Andrew & Lula (Ashmore) Kozan and had resided in the Clinton Township area since the 1990's. He was joined in marriage to Mary Skripy on November 3, 1962 at St. Michael Catholic Church in Wilmot, Michigan. Answering the call of his country Andrew served in the US Army, and had been employed by General Motors for over twenty eight years retiring in 1991, after which he worked at smaller firms until 2000. He leaves to cherish his memory his wife of over fifty years, Mary. His children: Michael & Kristen Kozan, Andrea Phan, and Cynthia & Rick Stogsdill. Grandchildren: Kahrlee, Andrew, Ryan, Conor, Kandi, Haley, and Jenna. Sisters, Margaret Czekia, Cheryl & Mark Dost, Frances & Carl Palmateer, and brothers Randy (Sandy) Kozan, and Robert Kozan.
