Louis “Jim” Laureto of Burton, age 60, passed away Tuesday, July 24, 2012 at his residence. Honoring his wishes cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at 11:00am Monday, July 30, 2012 at the Hansen Funeral Home Groves Chapel, Downtown Davison. Pastor Gene Smith officiating. Family will receive visitors from 10:00am until time of service on Monday. In lieu of flowers, those desiring may make contributions in Jim’s memory to the American Diabetes Associations. Jim was born in Flint, Michigan on March 19, 1952 the son of Louis and Betty (Coates) Laureto and resided in the Flint area most of his life. He graduated from Bentley High School and was a graduate of Ferris State University. He is loved and surviving by daughter: Deanna Laureto; mother: Betty Laureto; sister: Joyce Laureto, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
